A model has spoken out after video showed her being groped by a drunk man in a bar, claiming that he continually sexually harassed her throughout the night.

Sarah Hands, who is signed to top agency Ford, is seen in the viral video hitting the guy in the face after he grabbed her breast.

Recounting the incident on TikTok, Hands told her followers: 'I’m pretty much sitting by myself watching my friend do karaoke and this guy comes up to me and is like "you’re so hot" and I was like "okay what the f***."'

Hands said she was looking straight ahead watching her friend and trying to ignore him when things got physical the first time.

'He goes in behind, gets his hand and tries to slap my a** and he’s so drunk that he does it really obviously, so I obviously stop him and go "what are you doing?" I was like "stop" – literally talking to a seven-year-old.'

Even after that the intoxicated man continues to try and touch the woman, and she said next he tried to kiss her, Hands claimed.

'He gets my hair, puts it behind my ear, grabs it down and goes into kiss my neck and then I push him off and I was like "get the f**k away from me."'

When she told her friends what happened they did not believe her and wanted to know his name, so when he walked by again, she stopped to ask him for it.

That’s when her friends started filming their interaction.

At one point while she was talking to him, he grabbed her phone from her, and she said she heard a bouncer tell him to leave.

‘So I grab my phone back and that’s when he goes in for the nice little boob grab and that’s when I went to slap him,’ Hands said.

‘I didn’t realize how intentional that was until I saw the video and of course right after he was like ‘what the f**k'... [he] acted like I was so out of pocket for it.'

Hands said since she has posted the video other women have commented to tell her they have see him act like at the bar before and he is 'super annoying to girls.'

Some users on Twitter, now called X, have said the video looked staged. They said that it is too convenient someone caught it on camera and the slap looks weak.

One user wrote: 'I think this is Fake vid for engagement. So many of these circulating these days. Look at the weak punch/hit she laid on him. No genuine anger in her face.'

'She committed to hitting him but hit him softly. Not saying it’s impossible for a woman to respond like that but that with all the other aspects screams this may be staged. Camera man holding it perfect you quiet, barely moving or budging or reacting to the hit,' the user added.

Hands posted a TikTok video responding to those comments saying people who think that it was staged, particularly men, are out of touch.

'If I sat there and I yelled at his face, if I punched him in the f***ing face and that video didn’t exist, he would have been like "oh my god it was an accident, I didn’t mean to,"' said Hands.

'Everyone would have believed him and I would have looked like the crazy b**** and I probably would have convinced myself nothing did happen.’

The Center for Disease Control found that 1 in 3 women and about 1 in 9 men experienced sexual harassment in a public place.

The model shared she is proud of herself for what she did.

‘To me, even hitting him in the first place was such a big step for me, and I think guys just do not realize how f*****g scary and intimidating it is when someone does invade your personal space like that,' she said.

‘I do wish I hit harder and I do wish I was more of a b***h but we’ll get ‘em next time.’
