A tearful widow rushed from her husband's funeral Thursday to the scene of a standoff where police and FBI agents sought to apprehend the man accused of killing him in Kansas City, Kan. Authorities arrested a man believed to be Willie E. Parker near the 2700 block of Highland Avenue after a five-hour standoff.  He was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of his employer, Michel Ziade. His distraught wife, Kristin Ziade, recognized the man as he was being arrested and shouted, 'You killed my husband.
